Hi, I am interested in renting a private bedroom beginning sometime in October. I am looking to rent until at least the end of April 2023, so for a minimum of 6-7 months. I am a late 30s male, I work from home for an E-Commerce business, developing/managing their websites and marketplaces. I want to be located in Hallandale/Hollywood/Aventura ideally, although I am also interested in the other areas shown on my profile map. I don't need cable tv, but I do need high-speed Internet. My max budget is $1250 per month, including all bills, and I can do a month rent for a security deposit if needed.
