  I live in the Caramel Mountain Ranch with my 17-year-old daughter and cat 🐈 .
  I found a good indoor type neighborhood: 3 pools, jacuzzi, gym, barbecue and lounge zone.
  Nearby 4 plazas within walking distance, cinema, Trader Joe's, Costco, Sprouts Farmers Market, Ralph's, T.J.Maxx, Petco, Marshalls, Starbucks, etc. Bank of America and Chase.
  2 Beds /2 Bath, 1,080 sq. ft. (sample plan attached).
  Nice view, 2nd floor, renovation of everything: new carpeting, new kitchen furniture, refrigerator, microwave, apartment have a fireplace, rooms are light and big, large balcony, personal lounge inside the apartment.
It is possible with animals but with a security deposit of $500 and a monthly contribution of $45-60.
Parking inside the community $35/month.
The price is excellent around $3300 (+ utilities) . Deposit is only $600.
We are looking for an official legal working tenant in the other part of the apartment to conclude an agreement for both of us.
We prefer a female tenant (possibly with a teenage child).
Your income should be at least $5000 (I can also show $5000).
We plan to move from October to November 7.
Mandatory: decent, positive, clean person, without addictions (alcohol, smoking, drugs). an adequate roommate.
