Hello, I come from Paris but have lived in the US for a long time. I raised my 2 daughters in this apartment quite comfortably. I taught French until Covid 19 appeared (I didn't get the virus but it affected my school, hence the loss of my job. BTW, I am vaccinated!)

Although I am French, I can't say I am much of a chef and spend as little time as I can in the kitchen, except for cleaning and making sure no ubiquitous New York critters will ever show up at my door with their many friends! I prefer spending my time reading, listening to music, going for a walk or whatever else one can do in the city.

I am a rather independent person and am not looking for "company". Although I do enjoy a good conversation and am not adverse to sharing an occasional glass of wine with someone, splitting the bills is my primary purpose here.

This neighborhood is well served by buses and subways. It is near CU, many stores, restaurants and parks and is very safe day and night.
