Brief Bio: I'm a recent grad moving to NYC to work in media/theater. I'm athletic and really into sports, but also very laid back and introverted. I don't smoke or do drugs, but I do drink (rarely). I love to cook, read, go out and explore the city, and occasionally binge-watch TV. I identify as a Black queer woman so I am looking for LGBTQ+ folks (+ allies) and BIPOC.

Lifestyle: I love to exercise, read, cook, binge-watch TV, explore different cultures, and get to know other folks. Typically, I sleep/wake early and sleep in on weekends. I keep to myself for the most part and only listen to music in my headphones. I'm very open-minded and like to learn about different perspectives (zero tolerance for bigots, however). I clean up after myself and make sure to keep my area(s) neat. I do laundry late in the week. I don't typically have guests over, but if I did I'd communicate that with my roommate far in advance.

What I'm looking for: Someone who is mature, responsible, proactive, communicative, and chill. To make the living situation as peaceful as possible, I prefer to create a signed and notarized roommate agreement as a reference. I'd also like someone who is cooperative and personable.
