This apartment has lots of great natural light in the common space as well as all the bedrooms. The rooms also have closets and can easily fit full size beds. The available rooms are both approximately 8'x10'. One has one window and the other has two windows. The kitchen, although small, is very functional. The apartment has central A/C which works extremely well to keep the place cool in the summer. The common space as a couch and tv and is a nice and comfy place to relax. The apartment is on the 3rd floor walk-up. The building provides laundry, as well as a shared backyard space. The building is in a super convenient location, with short walks to the M (Knickerbocker) and L (Myrtle-Wyckoff) trains and less than 15 minute walk to the J (Gates). The building is very close to lots of great restaurants and bars, including Bootleg and Boobie Trap, as well as supermarkets, delis, and a laundromat. I am a fairly relaxed roommate, looking for other kind, creative, and reliable people to fill these rooms.
