We are looking for 1 or 2 people to sublease my room in a two-bedroom apartment from as soon as posible -May 1 2020 at The Parkside building. After the sublease, there’s the option to sign a lease for 12 months starting in May 1, 2020.

The apartment has a shared living room, shared bathroom, full kitchen, and furniture included, if desired (furniture can be discussed if interested. Piano not included). The apartment is fully renovated and in perfect condition. The room that’s for rent is spacious, with plenty of light. It’s located in the heart of Back Bay. There is on-street residential parking with walking distance to Symphony and Hynes Convention Center T-stops and access to main routes (Mass Ave and Boylston St).

Attached to the The Parkside building is a convenience store open until 2am (sometimes later on weekends), security, reception, cleaning and trash services, laundry room on every floor.

You would be sharing the apartment with someone already here, who is clean, organized and works hard, And enjoys being with her playful adult cat.
