Discounted rent for cat-friendly roomie!

Flexible move in date: April 15th - July 1st

Looking for a cat-friendly roomie to take care of my cats while I am out of town for work, in exchange for discounted rent ($800/mo, all utilities included). Starting in late summer, I will be out of town Monday-Thursday weekly.

The Space:
2br/2ba/1200sq ft "luxury" apartment in the Aspect by Cortland community. The apartment is newly renovated with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, full size washer/dryer in unit, walk-in closets, laminate flooring throughout the common areas, and Google Fiber so you never have to worry about slow internet again. Your room is 12.5'x11' with a walk-in closet and you get your own bathroom.

Expectations:
Strong preference for down to earth, financially stable folks 21-35yrs old. MUST be LGBTQ+/kink friendly and good with cats. Basic things like cleaning up after yourself, maintaining shared spaces, clearly communicating, not being a piece of human garbage, etc. While I prefer that you have no furbabies, a cat or calm doggo could be discussed. :) Snakes, lizards, and all our fishy/reptilian friends are welcome.
