Dylan W - $900/month

Hey I'm Dylan! I am 27 years old, responsibly employed, and I'm trying to look for a small house with a yard to have a roommate or two with so I can keep all of my animals. Preferably we would all have our own bathroom or can share if necessary. I have 3 dogs and an outdoor cat, so the cat shouldn't be as much of an issue if you have allergies or don't like cats. I'm a store manager and sometimes drive all around Austin so location isn't as much of an issue, as long as it's not as far as Pflugerville or Round Rock. Two dogs are on the bigger side and one is a smaller dog, they are not aggressive and would get along with other animals if that's not already too many.

What I'm looking for in a roommate is: clean, steady income, personable, and we don't have to be best friends but at least cordial. I'm 420 friendly but we wouldn't smoke in the house. Male or female is okay, but I do like having roommates who are very clean so they inspire me to be clean more regularly myself, haha. I also try to save costs by not wasting a lot of water or electricity.

Ultimately I already have a place full of stuff here in Austin to move to the house we find so you would be all set on furniture except for your own room, but feel free to add furniture to the main rooms as long as it fits!
