Spacious Wrigleyville Apartment Roommate needed ASAP

I am looking for a roommate to take the primary bedroom in my spacious apartment across the street from Wrigley Field. The apartment is very open concept, when you walk in there is a large entry area that expands into the living room. The kitchen is a decent size and is right next to the ally entrance for easy grocery unloading and the bathroom is also spacious. The apartment has a in unit washer and dryer which has also been very convenient. The unit is a garden unit, so it stays cool in the summer and blocks a great deal of noise from Wrigley Field.

The utilities are quite affordable with the most costly month running around $40 per person.

The kitchen and living room are fully furnished as I have been there for a year and the space even comes with a very friendly dog who loves being pet and cuddled but is very quiet.
