We're renting a bedroom (with a few book shelves) and a living room (with book shelves and a couch) in a pleasant and functional "railroad flat" near the 1 train, with a wonderful cafe in the ground floor of the building. This space is for one mature and friendly person, who will share the kitchen and bathroom with me and my partner. We are often out of town, so there's plenty of privacy.
