Hi! I'll be spending the spring semester as a visiting student at NYU Tandon,
so I'm looking to sublet a furnished room from late January through the end of May 2020.
Ideally I'd prefer a room in a shared apartment together with some sociable roommates.
I'm easy-going and definitely a hassle-free tenant. Interested in politcs, sports, technology and having an occasional drink or two. My budget is up to around $1200-1300 a month, but cheaper options are definitely of interest. Main area of interest is in the proximity of
Two Bridges/Chinatown/Lower East Side. Appreciate any leads you might have!
