Hey all- I am currently looking for a roommate to join me in my 2bedroom apartment(take over the second room). $1040/month plus utilities, and move in day 7/1(potentially sooner if needed). Furniture can be included, but not required.

Apartment is a four minute walk to the Astoria Blvd train station, and 15 minutes into Midtown. Right down the block from the beer garden, and Astoria Park. Great location. Building is pretty clean, and the place is located on the 3rd/top floor.

I am pretty easy going, and am gone a lot during the day for work. Looking for a roommate who is similar, easy going, and clean. Preferably around my age, and no couples.

I’ve attached some pictures. The room fits queen size bed, dresser, shelves, and big closet that goes back. please let me know if interested.
