Looking for one person to fill a room in our gorgeous 3 bedroom + office apartment. Roommate is moving out the first weekend of August, soooking for inmediate move-in after that. We've treated the apartment as a two bedroom and eacg of us has our own living room, though one of which has doubled as office space.
The apartment also has a loft above the kitchen, which I use when working from home. Washer and dryer are in-unit, recently installed new dishwasher, great appliances, etc.
Three skylights, central air (Google Nest), and great management that addresses all issues extremely promptly.
Fourth story walk-up with some super friendly neighbors. We share the roof with them, though it's provate to only the fourth floor residents. I have a pretty extensive garden up there thats comoletely cared for by me, but happy to have someone else who enjoys plants or just the great view we have of Manhattan.
