- I like keeping common areas clean but understand if there is a mess once a while, I am looking for a roomate I can hang out with and be friends with even if we stop living together, I love hiking, running, backpacking - I read a lot and I also game a lot. Looking for a roomate who is reasonable, has lived with other folks before and knows how to manage disagreements - I am also hoping to build a strong friendship with - I am generally very reasonable for most things. Looking for something that offers good value for money ($1500 to $1800) in a good building/neighbourhood
