Hi!

I just graduated from BU, am starting a job in Manhattan soon and am looking for an apartment lease starting in September or October with a friend of mine who just graduated from UVA.

There's already two of us, so we are looking for one or two more people to join us and get a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment.

- Budget is 1.5K-2.5K per person per month
- Are looking generally downtown i.e. East Village, Kips Bay, Lower Manhattan, Fidi, those areas
- We are both pretty neat and organized
- We like going out to bars and clubs, working out, recreational sports, and music
