Looking for a female roommate in her 30s interested in renting 1 bedroom in a very spacious 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. It's a great area, close to the C and E train, 23rd st SBS bus. 10 blocks from Penn Station and MSG, so It's easy to get around NYC if you commute to work. Apartment is within walking distance to cool bars, restaurants (Across the street from Citizens of Chelsea!), Chelsea Piers, the High Line, and neighborhoods like Flatiron, the West Village, Meatpacking. The building has a live-in super, elevator, and laundry on premises. Apartment with lots of closet/storage space and big living area as well as dining/kitchen area. Lots of kitchen cabinet space. Large refrigerator, built in dishwasher, full size stove with oven, microwave. I have fully furnished the living room and kitchen, so you would only need to furnish your room. The room for rent is north-facing, with 2 big windows providing natural light. You will also have a large closet in the living room for yourself in addition to half of the entrance coat closet. Because the room is a bit smaller than the other room, rent is $100 cheaper. Wifi and ConEd bill are in my name but we split the bills 50/50. September 1st move in but lease needs to be signed by beginning of July! Security deposit is $2233.50.
