I'd like to live in a "home" where we feel comfortable talking to and hanging out. We don't have to be best friends but I'd like it to be an environment that is positive and one where there is good communication. If we can be friends that would be great.

I'm clean and cleanliness in the space is important to me but I understand people have bad days/weeks and I have those too. I'm pretty easy going about it.

My current routine is a 9 - 5 job. I'm normally out of the house by 8 am. I'm not super sensitive to noise and I'm pretty easy going about that. I do work from home every now and then but I'm mainly in office.

I don't drink personally but it's not something I mind. I generally dont smoke. No pets. I'm super flexible about everything - guests, chores. etc. it's more so just getting a good vibe from the people I live with and feeling like I am in a safe, clean, & comfortable space.
