Hey I'm a down to earth person looking for a roommate later into year between August and December (ideally). I have a 9 to 5, which I work from home on Monday's, and travel out of state up to 15% of my time.

I'm a very ambitious and confident person, I enjoy bike riding being physically active in some capacity, tech, games, anime and catching up on studying. Other times I'm focusing on my real estate career where I plan to transfer into investments, along other entrepreneurial endeavors. Am a chill person and a great conversationalist, but at the same time, so I do enjoy the quiet as well :)
