Sublet available starting September 1st for a minimum lease of 3 months to a max of
18 months. I’ve lived here for a year now, and it’s been a great experience overall.

LOCATION: Bed-Stuy/Clinton Hill (Brooklyn), on Bedford Ave. between Lexington Ave.
and Greene Ave.

ROOMMATES: You would be one of 4 roommates: 2 males and 1 female in their mid to
late twenties that are very chill and are subletting as well. They are very often out or
working, so access to the kitchen and shower has never been an issue.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT: 4 bedroom/ 1 bath walk-up. It has a full kitchen, designated
living room, washers, and dryers in the building with space to store a bike and rooftop
access on a great street convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores and
Pratt. The apartment is furnished and your bedroom includes: a full-size bed, dresser,
desk, T.V., and spacious closet. Yes, a real closet. It even has central air conditioning!

PETS: Not allowed. Sorry!

TRAIN: The G line is a 7 min. walk to Bedford/Nostrand Station. It is also only 20 mins
to FiDi.

TOTAL MONTHLY COST: is $1420 a month (includes rent, utilities, water, cable and
Wi-Fi) This is a great rental rate for the area!

LEASE SPECIFICS: My lease ends at the end of Sept., and the housing management
company requires sublessors to sign for a minimum of 3 months. Guarantors accepted.
Typical income requirements are required, but it was a much smoother process
compared the norm in NYC.
