I'm a recent Florida State University film school grad and multi-media artist/musician. I’ve had a lot of experience with different rooming situations (co-ed). I keep clean, communicate well, and am generally out working or focused on a project in my room. In my spare time, I like parks, cafes, riding my bike, movies, and live music.

I'm looking for 1 or 2 roommates that are preferably like-minded artists. Just looking for someone who digs art stuff, is relatively clean and isn’t a crazy person. lol

Neighborhoods I am interested in: Park Slope, Fort Greene, Prospect Heights, Cobble Hill, Boerum Hill, Clinton Hill and west Crown Heights along the park. Basically, a neighborhood that is chill, well connected by trains, and has a lot going on.

Move in date: August 1st (I might consider a July move if necessary.)

Price range: I have full guarantor support with a limit of $1,500/month, but I would love to go cheaper.
