What’s great about the room: The room is a spacious private master suite with high ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a modern en-suite bathroom. It also has a sliding door that opens directly to a sunny, fenced patio, giving the space great natural light and a private indoor/outdoor feel. The bedroom is unfurnished so you can fully make it your own. Great for a couple!

What’s great about the property: The home is newly constructed, thoughtfully laid out, and very comfortable. All common areas are fully furnished, the kitchen is fully stocked, and the house has central A/C and heat, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and all newer appliances. There are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, so everyone has their own private bathroom. The house also has a large fenced front yard, a back patio with outdoor seating and a fire pit, and a seasonal above-ground pool. It’s clean, calm, and well cared for.

What’s great about the area: The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and very walkable, with bars, restaurants, and shops close by. Grocery stores, pharmacies, and essentials are all within a few minutes’ drive, and the 101 freeway is easily accessible. Parking is easy, and everything you need day-to-day is near

We are friendly, respectful, and easygoing professionals (m38 and f40)who genuinely enjoy keeping a calm, positive home. We’re clean, considerate, and communicate well, and we’re mindful of shared spaces while still being welcoming and approachable.

We both work full time and value a peaceful living environment. This is our home and sanctuary, so we take good care of it and appreciate housemates who do the same. We’re social in a low-key way — happy to chat or hang out occasionally, but also very respectful of privacy and personal space.
