Hello!

I’m a passionate person, respect oriented, love travel and have done quite a bit of it, love animals and movies/audiobooks etc., particularly sci-fi!

I’m working on my 3rd startup (going to be seeking funding soon) and also do security work to pay the bills. I live in a 3 bedroom house and am looking to fill the master bedroom by April 1st. There is also another housemate who will be staying in the other room. She and I both work at a beach club and are long time friends from way back in Michigan (where we’re both from originally). We are looking for a couple or individual to take the master bedroom for at least 6months (ideally longer).

We are very positive people, don’t really party but definitely love to have fun and sometimes have friends over for board games and other really fun, festive get togethers (maybe once/mth or once every two months or so etc but we keep it pretty chill). We both take work seriously and just want roommates who will be respectful and pull their weight with stuff like taking out the trash, dishes etc as we absolutely will as well. We are both clean, respectful people and find that if everyone contributes and comes from a place of mutual respect that things are easy for everyone providing a reliable sanctuary to come home to every day which is very important to us.

We’re both laid back and easy going and just want a peaceful, positive, reliable culture in the house, as we have now. We have a couple currently subletting the master bedroom who will be moving out at the end of March so we’re looking for someone to move in by April 1st 2026. We have two amazing dogs (one 25lbs and one 55lbs) and there both the sweetest most amazing creatures. Ideally you will not be bringing animals into the house as we already have two but it’s possible it could work if their small and you’d be willing to keep them in the master/in the back of the house where there’s a large fenced in patio and dog run area.
