Hi! I’m a 22-year-old female senior at NYU.

I usually get up at 7:00 am and go to bed at 11:00 pm. I don’t smoke, drink, or use drugs. I’m quiet and keep things clean.

I’m looking for two female roommates who are also quiet, easygoing, and willing to help maintain cleanliness in the common areas (kitchen and laundry room). I’d also prefer no male guests staying overnight.

I’ve already found an apartment I love and need roommates for the living room ($922) or the secondary bedroom ($1122) in a 2b2b apartment in Harrison, New Jersey. The address is 1200 Frank E Rodgers Blvd S, located in the Steelworks Building.

The apartment has a stunning view of the river and Manhattan, and it’s very affordable. I plan to move in on December 16th, and the 14-month lease makes it a great deal. The layout is fantastic, and you’ll have access to an in-unit laundry machine, a gym, a large outdoor screen for movies, and a beautiful garden. The building is soundproof, and it’s located away from the main road, so it’s very quiet.

It’s also just two blocks from the Path Station and close to a supermarket. I visited the apartment in person and was very happy with it!
