Hi! My roommate is leaving at the end of April/May and I am looking for someone to finish out my current lease and renew 12 month lease with. The apartment is on the second floor. We will each have our own bedroom and bathroom and share the common spaces (kitchen, living room, washer/dryer). All utilities will be split equally. The common areas are furnished but you will need to bring furniture for your room. The apartment is pretty quiet and is close to the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
