Hi! I recently moved to the Charlotte area and I'm looking to move in somewhere in South End, Loso, Wilworth, NoDa, Optimist Park, etc but rent for a Studio or 1 BR is CRAZY lol. I am willing to pay $1500/month for me (after split) so we can definitely find a 2 BR that is super nice!! I would be down to move in either October, November, or December of 2025 :). Looking for ideally another mid 20s girly who is okay with a cat :)
