Blain S - $900/month

I'm a 21 year old guy looking for a roommate because I'm tired of paying $1,600/month for a 1 bed 1 bath, lol. I've been renting for the past year and a half or so in the Fort Mill/Indian Land area. I've quite liked the area but am not opposed to moving elsewhere if the price is right. I've also acquired 2 youngish cats from a previous relationship, but luckily they are well trained and neutered. Outside of work, I like to stay as active as possible. I play a lot of golf, love to play pickle ball and play in a Men's Baseball league.
Meeting in-person prior to moving in is pretty much a non negotiable.
