All areas of the house will be available and accessible to whoever rents the room minus the garage. It’s in a great location 2 minutes from east independence 5 minutes from downtown Matthews 15 minutes from charlotte uptown and about 20 minutes from south end the rooms are currently furnished (I know it looks a bit old ny grandparents decorated a while ago)but you can redecorate however you want
