I am admittedly a pretty quiet and easy going person. I do have my own routine and get out of the apartment after work most evenings, so you'll have plenty of alone time during the week.
I am also pretty accommodating when it comes to living with others. I am pretty even-keeled and have no issue moving things around if you need a particular set-up regarding counter space or closet space.
I tend to be on the 'cleaner side' but I am by no means obsessive and understand that people lead busy lives. You can expect clear, calm communication from me should an issue ever arise.
I do like to cook but I usually keep it pretty simple during the week and I can easily work around your morning kitchen routine, since I work from home.
Typically I'm in bed no later than 11pm, usually around 10pm.
