Hello. This is a high-story floor with 2 bed 1 flex. I'm currently in the flex room and planning to move out. There's a couple living in the master bedroom and girl living in the other room, they work in finance. Rent is $2250 + $100-200 for maintenance fee.

There is a sky lounge and rooftop with grills/park/pool. There is a gym. There is a lounge on the second floor. In-unit laundry and dryer as well. Doorman building. Can move in starting April 1st or earlier if you prefer (my lease ends 3/31).

Room can easily fit a queen size bed, large floor to ceiling windows with view of empire state building. Grand central station is ~8minute walk away.

If you want, you can keep the desk/cabinets/bed frame or I can move them out, whichever you prefer.
