Hey’ I’m a single, 31yo female of Caribbean descent in search for a male or female to find a 2BR apartment for an ASAP move-in, ... definitely no later than August 15th or September 1st. Would love to meet as soon as possible to take advantage of August 1st listings.

Preferable neighborhoods are Fort Greene, Clinton Hill or Prospect Lefferts — would also consider Bed Stuy and Crown Heights.

I have furniture (kitchen table, chairs, dresser full-bed, kitchen supplies, etc.), so unfortunately a “rent-a-room” situation won’t work, as I have enough belongings to fill a space.

Ideal roommate is very clean, employed, pays bills on-time, doesn’t bring the party home nor is a smoker, and has lived with roommates before, so knows how to communicate and talk through any issues that may arise vs. being passive aggressive.
