For one person, 1 Master Bedroom available for rent in a 3 bedroom unit/condo(duplex) from January. You will have a room in down stairs with attached bathroom - totally 3 people in the house. No pets allowed. 3 Parking spots available.
Rent: 970$/month.
Rent covers water, garbage disposal and parking fees. Utilities that have to be paid separate - Electricity, Internet.
Lease:
Preferably for a year starting from Jan 1st, 2020.

Area:
Very quite area with bus access(transit time about 10 min) to South San Francisco Bart. Also at very drivable distance to CostCo and Trader Joe's. Safeway and Walgreens are at a walkable distance. Ideally looking for someone who can stay at least for a year, not too noisy and can keep common areas just a bit clean.
