About the owner:
Rohit and Raji work in SF downtown. We are married and are pretty easy going.

- 10 min walk to a temple, church, and mosque (if you are religious)
- 10 min walk from the San Mateo downtown (groceries, grooming, bars, restaurants .. you name it
- The condo over looks a swimming pool so if you ever feel like cooling off, its 20 steps away
- The community also has access to a Sauna/steam room
- Awesome house mates :D
- Laundry is available on the same floor 10 seconds away (We are working on installing an in house laundry unit)

What we are looking for in a room mate
- You pay your rent on time
- You clean up after yourself (we would prefer u keep your room clean. If you use, any of the common spaces, you will need to assist with cleaning them as well)
- This is a residential complex so no loud noises after 10pm
- Prefer Vegetarian / Vegan
