Looking for a third roommate to replace someone leaving to move in with their partner. My roommate and I are two down to earth and relaxed girls who like relaxing with a glass of wine after working. We both enjoy cooking in the kitchen and clean up after ourselves but definitely aren't expecting a neat freak. Definitely open to hanging out with our new roommate and splitting a bottle of wine or some beers on the weekend!
Currently we both work from home due to Covid but mostly work from our rooms and don't make a ton of noise. Plenty of room for a third roommate who works from home or is back to going into the office!

We have a beautiful, homey apartment in Astoria, near the 46th Street M/R and 30th Ave N/W subway stops. The room we are trying to fill is the “master bedroom” of the apartment. Can fit a queen size bed, dresser, bookshelf, and night stands. The room has two large windows for a ton of natural light. Monthly utilities (including WiFi) are between $40-$50 per person for a month.
