Looking for a female to fill the second br in a 2br/1bath apt in bed-stuy! I am searching for someone who is considerate, clean, respectful & doesn’t have visitors over a lot. Preferably in mid 20s-30s. located in a walkable and convenient location, close to the J/M/Z trains off flushing and g off mrytle. it takes about 20-25 mins to get into midtown. quick commute to williamsburg. lots of natural lighting in room – can fit a queen bed, desk & dresser. no washer/dryer in unit but there are some laundry spots not too far away. the building only has 6 units and 3 levels; the apt is top floor. Utilities usually come out to around $80-100ish.
