I live in a 3 story townhome in the Marcy Holmes neighborhood. 2 new roomates would have the 2 bedrooms upstairs and share the upstairs bathroom. Main level is a shared space(living room/kitchen) basement level is my bedroom/bathroom. Laundry is also in the basement. Each persons portion of rent would be $670, we would split the electric, internet and any household supplies that we all use, ie: dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, paper towels, etc.. I have pets, that meet the max pets allowed so new roomates can not have pets. There is no central AC, but I do have window units.
