45 yr old female. Cat lover. Hardworking independent house cleaner I started my business 13 yrs ago. Nothing like being your own boss. Being the age I am now I do know what does and doesn't work for me and my living situation I work Tuesday thru Friday I'm home anywhere between 5 and 7 most weeknights. My weekends are quiet. I'll go out on occasion . I'm looking for someone who wants to find a place to call their home. Because I have been here for 11 years the place will come furnished easier for me to just keep the furniture I have rather than having to switch out furniture if someone moves out and takes their couch. Too much work. . The bedroom for rent will NOT be furnished. Altho If u need something for your bedroom I may have a dresser or a lamp or something to get you set up .. I am more than happy to work with u to make room for u and your things. I am a private person who wants to find someone who is willing to work with me and be respectful of each others personal space and boundaries.
I am a pretty clean person . I do have a few expectations I expect from my housemate..
