I have a big beautiful four bedroom house I'm looking to share with the right roommate. I moved into the house with my boyfriend, and while we are breaking up, its such a lovely space to share for 2 people, I don't want to lose this perfect spot!
Whoever I rent to would have two rooms all to themselves (a bedroom and an office/flex space). Shared spaces include a big beautiful kitchen, dining room, living room, two bathrooms, a sorta creepy basement, and a nice backyard. Ample parking, also a 10 minute walk from a Cocoa Cinnamon, a Food Lion, and several restaurants/shops. 2 blocks in the other direction there are beautiful nature trails through Duke Forest.
I offer Thai bodywork massage from the downstairs office space. I value honesty, respect, open communication, compassion, and a sense of humor in a roommate, and try to exemplify those traits.
