Renae R - $1,000/month

I'm Caz (Caroline), Renae was my roommate for almost 10 years, I rented her the bottom floor unit my town house. She would still be my roommate now except she really wanted to get a dog and I have a 20+ year cat who hates dogs, so she moved out in order to get Kirby (sweet boy!). Renae is a quiet roommate, mostly watching TV, drawing b/c she's an artist, or playing video games. Any mess she might make she keeps in her own room, she was a very considerate housemate and a lot of fun to watch Halloween movie marathons with. Just don't eat her last bagel, I learned that the hard way years ago LOL. Renae doesn't share food, but that was my bad anyway! Her dogs are awesome, Seffie is a little timid to start but warms up quickly when it sit on the floor closer to her level and Kirby is just a happy boy.. She won't ask you to watch them, Renae is very good about taking care of her pets herself.
