Seeking female roommate in a 2 bed 1.5 bath apartment in Arlington at the Whitmore. Lease would be 12 months starting April 5. Rent is $1105. Utilities are about $150 each (water, gas, electric, cable). Apartment has a gym, pool, parking, outdoor patio with grills. There is a washer and dryer in unit and a gas stove. Apartment is fully furnished minus your room!
