I'm maybe 60 but I like to have fun, I ride my bike to work in warmer weather, I hike all year round, I started to play pickleball, I also like to do art and kayak in the summer. I don’t have a pet but I love dogs. I was born in Guatemala but I’ve been living in the US for 31 yrs, I speak Spanish and some portugués, I’m a very friendly person and before Covid I used to be social too. My house sits in a great neighborhood with wonderful neighbors who watch out for each other. It’s next to a beautiful park full of hiking trails and biking trails, quiet street at night. My house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, I have a large lower level with enough room for exercise or dance, my dinning room and living room are just one long room with lots of light. I have a large kitchen and also a Laundry room.
The room has a large closet, lots of windows and it’s really bright. It can be furnished with a bed and dresser if needed. I have hardwood floor in the whole house, but the bathrooms.
Wheaton metro station is 1 mile away, 2 bus routes run on the Main; Street Arcola ave; which is just less than a block away, the buses go to Wheaton station on one way, on the other direction one goes to downtown Silver Spring the other one goes to Glenmont metro.
Parking on the street is very safe and if needed we can fit another car in the driveway.
