Looking for someone to takeover my roommate's lease from now through September 30th.

For $1600 plus utilities you get:
- 2 unfurnished rooms (one with backyard access) and a private bathroom.
- Furnished living room / kitchen common space
- Just a few blocks north of Myrtle Broadway JMZ in Bushwick. Morgan and Jefferson L not too far either. Nice, quiet block.
- First floor
- Washer dryer in building, living room partially furnished (couch, tv, small kitchen table)

You:
- Friendly, quiet, considerate, kind, can sign leases and pay rent

Me:
- Introverted, friendly, quiet, meditates often, reads, jogs
- Graphic designer, works in Manhattan
- My room's the lower level in this duplex. I have my own entrance and bathroom as well, so we wouldn't cross paths all too often.
