Hi!
My name is Drew, and I'm a 22-year-old nursing student. I'm interested in your one-bedroom rental.
I am a quiet and responsible person who is strictly focused on my studies. My main goal is to find a peaceful and stable environment where I can concentrate on my coursework and get through nursing school as I will be attending Monday through Friday 7am-3pm. I'm not the partying type and maintain a pretty peaceful lifestyle style. The only person that would come over would be my girlfriend and that would only be for weekends. Additionally my mom might visit time to time but for short periods. Other than that I really don’t have many friends and if you’re not okay with me having anyone else other than my girlfriend and mom over I can completely respect that.
I am very reasonable with requests and boundaries. I would be more than happy to either split chores or just keep our own list of chores. Regardless I always clean up after myself and keep a clean space.
I would love to meet in person for a tour and to discuss any of your concerns and show you that I'd be a great tenant. I look forward to hearing from you.
