Semi retired non smoker in a quite home looking for a room mate who is also on the quiet side and a non smoker. I have a home in Willow Grove near Philadelphia and I am looking for a room mate to share. The room is furnished the house has central air washer/dryer in basement. Rent is $1000 per month, split utilities. I have 2 dogs so no other pets unless they stay in your room. (IE: bird, aquarium pet etc) As an animal I would just hate to see anything happen to another animal, and although my dogs are very friendly, I am not sure how they would react.
The house is very close to public transportation, both busses and trains an also very close to the mall. Anything else, feel free to ask.
