My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate to join us in our Bushwick apartment for a year-long lease starting 9/1! Rent is 1250 +200, more or less, for internet, gas, and electric. Some details about our place are listed below. We love our apartment so much and really value having a good roommate dynamic. We are clean, easygoing, and respectful. Some details about our apartment:
◦ 10-minute walk from the Myrtle-Wyckoff stop on the L/M and 8 mins from Halsey L
◦ 3 bedrooms, one bathroom
◦ Spacious and open living room/dining/kitchen area
◦ On the second floor of a row house
◦ We have a washer that I use, but only washes, doesn’t dry, and only runs super hot water. So it’s there but it’s not perfect haha. We live right beside a laundromat tho so not a problem
◦ Dishwasher
◦ No central air so you will want a window unit for your room, we have one for the common area
◦ You’ll have a closet
◦ Nicole and I both smoke w**d
◦ Tons of delis around, a pizza place, bars around the corner, and a few blocks from a small park. Grocery store 8-ish minute walk
◦ Landlord will need your W2, last two months' bank statements, credit score, and a copy of your driver's license to make
things official. Rent is paid via Venmo. Our landlord is also nice and responsive
