Hi there! My partner and I have recently relocated to the Philly area and are looking to move somewhere a bit more permanent. We’re currently staying in an Airbnb and looking to move somewhere close-ish to where we are now which is Queens Village area. We’re looking to sublease a room for half a yr/a yr in someone’s home or looking to do the same for anyone else looking for 2 roommates.

A bit about us: We both work FT (sometimes we work from home) My partner’s a Youth Programs Coordinator at a Climbing Gym, I work as Server as well as working on my other creative endeavours. We both model as well so we’ll be out of the city sometimes for castings elsewhere. We’re very quiet and drama free. People we’ve lived with often say they’ll think only one of us is home because we’re that quiet. If not cooking or outside, we spend a lot of time in our room. We clean up after ourselves right away and we aren’t clean freaks but prefer to clean as we go so it’s never super messy like that. I’ve had past situations where I’m doing everyone else’s cleaning and that sucked so I’d prefer someone who will be like minded in the clean as you go method or at least not be super gross. Our friends don’t live here like that so we don’t have people over/aren’t interested in that anyway. We used to smoke a lot but have been 4/20 and alcohol free for a few months now and prefer someone else to be that way too at least when it comes to smoking as the smell is quite bothersome now. Also I’m 25 and my partner is 22. If you drink just please know how to handle your alcohol and not get super messy. Looking to move August 1st. Please feel free to message me if this sounds like you!
