I'm 24 and am just about to start as a PhD student at Temple University. I’m moving from NYC and am very excited to explore Philly. I’m looking mostly for a place in Center City/Rittenhouse Square/and surrounding area as it’s close to a subway to Temple, but am also open to some other areas with transport to Temple. I'm really chill and easy to talk to. I'm clean and appreciate a "pick up after yourself" attitude. I enjoy art, concerts, exploring new places, going out with friends, watching movies and meeting new people. I'm looking for someone to live with who I can chill with in the apartment and have open communication with. My ideal roommate is down to hang out and have fun sometimes, but also get work done in a WFH environment. I'm looking for someone who is quiet at night during the school week, and is generally respectful of others.
