Looking for a roommate to co-lease a place in Jersey City. I'm wrapping up my MS degree at Fordham University and work for a consulting firm in Manhattan.

Love sports and free time with friends. Work in-office most days. Cook sparingly - huge proponent or air frying. Would love to move in with someone social, clean, responsible, and respectful of hectic/long working hours. Always down to have some fun on weekends, but weekdays I will be entrenched in work/school.

Looking for someone super serious and financially ready to make a move ASAP. Should have steady work or a significant financial backer to guarantee, and will be ready to commit to first/last months rent, security deposit, background check, credit check, etc. immediately.
