Looking for 2 roommates to re sign current lease

Hi everyone! Looking for 1 or 2 roommates to move into my 3 bed 1 bath in the Lower East Side for a November 1st move in. Other two roommates are moving out and am looking for two people to re sign the lease with, it’s $1933 per person plus Wi-Fi & Con-Ed which is normally around 50-60 pp.

The apartment is newly renovated, includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher, in a great location on the corner of Orchard and Broome (right above a ton of amazing restaurants and bars) in the LES and super close to the Delancey Essex (FMJZ) and Grand St (BD) stations. Most of the furniture will go with the current roommates so including picture’s of the apartment unfurnished. See the video for a good view of the entire apartment.

About me: 27/m from Florida, work in finance, I love to be active (I run and play soccer), love to try new restaurants and go out in the area and enjoy language learning.
