Hello! My roommate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over his room starting June 6th. This room also includes a private bathroom. Our apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath in a condo building and it's located between the Franklin Ave. C (5 min. walk) and the Nostrand Ave. A/C (10 min. walk). The room advertised here is $2200 but the smaller bedroom where I'm currently staying is $1800 and also come with a private bathroom. I'm open to you taking either room!

Requirements:
- Must be able to sign a one year lease
