My name is Justin and I’m looking for a roommate that is willing to take on the extra bedroom in my 2 bedroom townhouse apartment in Piscataway, New Jersey for a one year lease starting on January 20, 2026. I do need someone to act quickly as the lease documentation process must be completed by November 24, 2025.

- The bedroom already has a comfortable queen sized bed, 2 nightstands, a dresser with a TV on top for your personal use, and a clothing closet with drawers and compartments and hangers. This is a 3 story apartment with the top floor including the 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The main floor contains a fully furnished living room with 2 couches and a love seat, a flat screen tv, a small dining area, a kitchen with Samsung appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, and microwave) as well as a spacious storage basement with a brand new Samsung washer and dryer. The apartment building I live in has its own parking lot. Amenities include a small gym, a pool/cookout area with a volleyball court, and computers in the amenities center for personal use. My current roommate will be moving out the day prior to the new lease. It is clean and tidy apartment so I’m looking for a roommate that maintains that tidiness please. Piscataway, has a lot of great places to eat, tons of parks for outdoor activities, tons of shops and popular brand name stores all over, and is near major towns in the area such as Edison, Woodbridge, Westfield, and Metuchen. Reasonable commute to NYC, Jersey City, and Newark as well, if needed, and the property is nearby major NJ transit train stations like New Brunswick and Dunellen.
