Hello! I am looking for an awesome female to take over my room in February (a later date is possible). I live in a HUGE 3 bedroom with 2 amazing females, and am so sad to leave this gorgeous space.

We live in a beautiful building in Marina Del Rey that includes every amenity you can image, including enclosed parking and a washer and dryer in unit. The room you will have has a view of the mountains on a clear day, and a giant walk in closet. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other girl. Also I'm happy to sell my furniture as well if someone needs it.

The rent is 1485/month, plus utilities. You will be put on a lease with the other 2 roommates.

The two girls I live with are super chill, mature, zero drama, and super friendly!! We like to keep the good vibes. They are looking for someone who does not work from home, clean, respectful of space, friendly, and mid 20s to mid 30s.
